2. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment through the secure payment methods displayed on our website. Prices are displayed in multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP) for your convenience, with the final charge being processed in your selected currency. All applicable taxes are included in the displayed prices unless stated otherwise.

Currency conversion rates are provided by our payment processor and are updated regularly. The exact conversion rate will be applied at the time of purchase. Your bank may apply additional conversion fees if you pay in a currency different from your card's default currency.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g., email). You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and appearances may vary depending on your device's display. We do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free.
